Edmodo makes it easy for students to share ideas and work with the class ro a small group.  

Twitter is the best place for educators to find personalized PD and collaborate with amazing educators all over the world!  

Skype is such a great way for students to communicate with others all over the world.  Mystery Skypes are so much fun!

Give your students an opportunity to communicate what they know using QR codes.  Plickers are great exit tickets!

Send reminders, share pictures, and communicate with parents are students using Remind. Very easy to use!

Socrative is great for real time responses.  Can be used with personal devices.  Great alternative to paper.

This tool serves as a digital bulletin board perfect for collaboration.

DogoNews is a great place to find current events that are appropriate for our students.  Lots of vocabulary, geography, and critical thinking.  Article comprehension quesitions and critical thinking challenge at the end of each article.

OSMO is a wonderful tool that kids absolutely love.  Students play games that encourage critical thinking.  So much fun!

A new wonder is shared every day and students can learn new vocabualry and practice reading comprehension.

Students use inferencing to decide where images are located in the world.  Be careful, it's addicting!.

Cost Involved

This tool allows students to draw a video game on paper and then hover a device over the drawing to create a real video game that can be played and shared out with the world.  

Design challenges that encourage student to create through innovation and curiosity.  Very cool website!
